Can you regain enamel if you've worn it all out?
Answers:
They make toothpaste to strengthen enamel. I use Colgate Luminous. It works well.
No, you can generate it stronger by using a fluoride rinse, but you can not regenerate it.
Diesel is right. You can strengthen existing enamel, but you can't regrow it, it's dead tissue. A sensitive toothpaste or a high-flouride one would be best.
