10 POINTS? SPACERS? How long do you have need of to wear spacers?

I'm getting invisalign braces but I might need to have spacers between my teeth...

How long are they needed?

Also, why does my brother hold invisalign w/o getting spacers if his teeth are closer together and crookeder?

I only have a few slightly crooked teeth.
Answers:
spacers are in general around 2-3 months depending on your mouth shape and jaw line.

you will own to have braces for less time consequently! it is worth it! Source(s): personal experiance
It is different for everyone. I wore mine for only one week but my friends own worn them for much longer. Some people dont need the spacers.. it of late depends on the shape of ur teeth. It also depends on who ur orthodontist is. Spaces are no funn and hurt so i would suggest some advil... something with ibprofeun.
I had my spacers in for individual a month or so.
It depends how your molars are spaced, but usually1-3 weeks.

Invisalign is a completely different treatment from braces, so its possible thats not neccessary.
if u hacve spacers(the rubber bands!)
I'd say a week?
All they want is a small space to put in the metal bands
i love spacers lol they are like little trampolines in your mouth they dont hurt one bit and are really not self-conscious at all.. usually you only inevitability them for a couple months!! :)
hi,
within is no specific time, because when there is enough room between your teeth they will come out by themselves

well brought-up luck, bye :) Source(s): had them
ask your dentist/ortho.
I had mine within for like 3 weeks.

I will warn you, they be the worst part for me.
But just get through lots soup! Thats what I did.

Its not that they hurt dont worry. They just are irritating. But thats jsut for me :)

I hope your braces experiance doenst suck lol.

Good Luck!!
