Well i should say brush your teeth everyday because if not i guess you are too LAZY to brush your teeth everyday! and i reflect on u just brush your teeth once a mounth? Just use ur tooth brush and tooth paste and brush them!! Its free when u get some at home. Hey that isnt a price at all is it?
Don't drink any dark colored drinks similar to coffee or soda for at least two weeks. Also get a box of baking soda and dip your brush contained by it everytime before you brush you teeth.
