Dentist put filling on 3 teeth next to NO CAVITIES?

Is it normal for a dentist to put fillings on teeth next to no cavities? He put 3 fillings on the top of 3 of my teeth that have none...

I have to go pay for for MORE fillings. But I'm afraid. Why is he putting them on teeth that look completely normal?

Also on a couple teeth he connected the filling! I can't even floss now............

I know I have some cavity in between my teeth. But if that's so, why is the whole top of the tooth covered beside a filling? I'm just confused haha

sounds like he doesnt really know what hes doing! i would ask why hes doing this to your teeth and if he doesnt endow with a good reason be in motion somewhere else!! good luck! :)
First off, you can't get cavity in between your teeth.

Anyways, when I was give or take a few 14 I got covers put on my teeth. They are like filling, but they cover the whole top of the tooth to prevent further breakdown. I had no cavity, but the tops of my teeth were getting damaged because of grinding and sugary drinks. I am guessing i.e. what you had done,

But if you can't floss between teeth because he connected them (?), I don't think specifically what he is supposed to do.
Find another dentist.. if he cant even bestow you a reason! Lose Him!
It assume its because he doesnt want the cavities spreading, but i could be wrong. I would get another dentists evaluation, because that seems very weird and wonderful, even for a dentist.
good Luckk.! (:
Just because your teeth look normal to you does not mean that in that aren't, or weren't cavities there. Most cavity cannot be seen with the uncovered eye. As with the majority of cavities that are between teeth, the top subdivision of the tooth has decayed as powerfully and also needs to be filled. Especially if the cavity were on both sides of the teeth. these are called mesial, occlusal, distal filling and all three surfaces need to be bursting.

As far as the contact points being to tight, have him/her adjust this so that you can floss.

if you doubt the word of this dentist, seize a second opinion.
EDIT: in response to Gellar, cavity between teeth is actually the MOST common big-hearted. Who ever told you that you can't get them there be either crazy or just plain stupid. Food get caught between your teeth and if a person does not floss every single night, or if they drink profoundly of juices and sodas, then they will enjoy cavities between the teeth.
