Please Help? Unsterilized Dentist Tools Caused Swelling and Canker Sores?

My cousin just got her teeth cleaned, and adjectives of a sudden she started getting canker sores and her mouth is really swollen. I am really scared for her, and I don't know what to do. She went to the clinic and they give her some medicine, but it's not working.

Does she stipulation to take antibiotics or something for the swelling?
Answers:
forget the free clinics and jump to a real physician with the rates of hepatitis going around because of doctors UN-sterile equipment you would be foolish not too
I'm sorry but I'm pretty sure your "cousin" didn't get the sores at a dentist department. They probably came from some sort of oral contact with another individual. I suggest she continues to follow the doctors information & maybe consult a different doctor if the problem continues. Without knowing the exact problem it is very unlikely that anyone can prescribe any medication online but typically a person would take Prednizone for swelling.
How do you know that the instruments were not sterilized? you can get hold of a canker sore from anything. weather, sharing drinks, kissing. Lots of people are carriers of the "disease" and don't even know that they are until they obtain an outbreak. By clinic do you mean like a medi-clinic? Go wager on to your dentist and ask them to prescribe something. Dentists generally are more educated beside the oral cavity then a medi-clinic physician. Source(s): Certified Dental Assistant.
