Can someone please tell me how to use orthodontic wax,they give me wax but also a retainer to wear 24/7,so I can use wax while retainer contained by my mouth and how do you that..wax looks like a chewing candy ,someone please show me or tell me how to use it because one side of the retianer cut my gums and it bleed and in a minute it is sour.

So to use the wax, you rip one stripe and then stick it onto the teeth/tooth which is hurting.
If your teeth are bleeding, rinse your mouth. If it is severe, call your orthodontist.
The wax that I am up to date with looks like a flat, diaphanous "U" shape.
With this sort, you place that over your teeth (or gums) and just fold it down on each side, so that it's covering your teeth or gums.
If that's not the sort you hold, it's probably a similar concept... press it around the area that you want to protect. You can probably cut off a piece, if it comes contained by a portion that is larger than you need.
