its loads of bactira in your tounge because its like a spunge and it absorbes adjectives of the bad smelling bactira and to treat it there are a few upright mouth wash brands that are good but a tounge scaper is the best im not talkink around the one on the back of a tooth brush its a stand alone thing and its really polite you can probaly get one at you pharmacy and you can tell if you own bad breath by getting a spoon and scrape the stern of the tounge and take it out and wait for it to dry and if it smells later your breath smells hope i helped
